子母式干扰弹战斗部结构设计与抛撒策略 |

摘要:大口径干扰弹大多采用整体装填一次性起爆的方式,具有分散性差、成烟面积小等问题。针对这些尚未解决的问题,围绕子母式干扰弹进行结构设计,并基于内弹道理论,分析建立了抛撒过程模型。采用MATLAB编程,计算分析了抛撒过程压力、子弹罐体和干扰弹弹体抛射速度的变化规律,得到了子弹罐体和弹体的抛射速度。通过静态抛撒试验测试表明,子弹罐体和干扰弹弹体的抛射速度的误差分别为3.2%和7.3%,验证了战斗部结构设计的合理性与抛撒策略的可行性,为干扰弹设计提供了理论支撑。 |

Abstract: Heavy caliber jamming shells are mostly detonated at one time, which has the problems of poor dispersion and small smoke area. Focused on the structural design of the cluster jamming shell, this research established and analyzed the model of projecting process based on the interior ballistics theory. Using MATLAB programming, the variation laws of pressure, projectile velocities of smoke canisters and jamming projectiles in the projecting process were analyzed. The static projecting test shows that the errors of the projectile velocities of the smoke canister and the jamming projectile are 3.2% and 7.3% respectively, which verifies the rationality of the structural design and the feasibility of the projecting strategy. This research provides theoretical support for design of jamming shells. |
