应急避难场所蓄冷空调性能和运行策略研究 |

摘要:对某避难方舱内的蓄冷空调蓄冷运行特性和停机保温性能进行了试验研究,通过图解和理论分析的方法,得到应急避难场所蓄冷空调平时运行的控制策略。结果表明:随着蓄冷盘管外冰层厚度的增加,蓄冷空调的压缩比不断升高,机组的COP先小幅上升后逐渐下降,在机组运行的前200 min,机组COP在30以上,之后逐渐减小,在540 min后降到20以下,800 min后甚至降到了10以下;随着机组蓄冷设备运行,机组蓄冰率逐渐提高,蓄冰率增速呈现先增大后减小的变化规律;通过应急避难场所负荷需求及空调系统蓄冷、释冷、保温等特性分析,得到了12人不同避难时间并维持方舱内温湿度分别为28 ℃、55%环境时,蓄冷空调系统的运行控制策略。研究成果对应急避难场所蓄冷空调系统的设计和运行管理具有重要的指导价值。 |

Performance and Control Strategy ofCold Storage Air Conditioning in Refuge Chambers |

Abstract: The operating characteristics and insulation performance of cold storage air conditioning in a shelter were studied by experimental methods, and the operation control strategy of cold storage air conditioning was obtained by means of illustration and theoretical analysis. The results show that with the increase of the thickness of the outer ice layer of the cold storage coil, the compression ratio of the cold storage air conditioner increases continuously, and the COP of the unit first increases slightly and then decreases gradually. In the first 200 minutes, the COP of the unit is more than 3.0, then decreases gradually, drops to less than 2.0 after 540 minutes, and even drops to less than 1.0 after 800 minutes. With the operation of the cold storage air conditioning, the ice storage rate increases gradually, and the growth rate of the ice storage rate increases first and then decreases. with the analysis of the load demand of the refuge chamber and the characteristics of ice storage, ice melting and thermal insulation of the air conditioning system, the operation control strategy of the ice storage air conditioning has been obtained with 12 persons taking refuge for different durations and temperature and humidity in the refuge chamber kept at 28 ℃ and 55%. |
