超低露点环境营造策略与实验 |

摘要:超低露点环境营造和控制是目前困扰低湿环境实验研究的难点之一,现有技术在营造干燥环境时,难以实现露点温度的精确控制,尤其是在超低露点环境下的控制调节。因此,提出一种超低露点环境营造策略,采用“置换+净化配气法”实现超低露点环境的控制调节,设计并搭建超低露点环境营造实验台,开展相关实验研究。结果表明:该实验台可完成水蒸气体积分数为10×10-6~100×10-6的超低露点环境营造,获得了不同注射量、时间等因素下水蒸气变化增长规律;验证了超低露点环境营造实验台的可靠性和稳定性,实现了不同干燥程度的环境营造。研究成果解决了超低露点环境营造难、难以精确控制的问题,为类似的人工环境营造提供借鉴。 |

Abstract: The creation and control of an ultra-low dew point environment is one of the difficulties that currently plague experimental research on low-humidity environments. Existing technologies are difficult to achieve precise control of dew point temperature when creating a dry environment, especially in the control of ultra-low dew point environments. Therefore, this paper proposes a strategy to create an ultra-low dew point environment by using the “replacement + method of distributing purified gas” to regulate the ultra-low dew point environment, and designs and builds an experimental bench to create an ultra-low dew point environment and conducts related experimental research. The results show that the test bench can complete the creation of an ultra-low dew point environment with water vapor content from 10×10-6—100×10-6, and obtain the growth law of water vapor change with different injection volume, time, and other factors; this study has verified the reliability and stability of the test bench for creation of the ultra low dew point environment with different dryness degree. The research has also solved the problem of difficulty to create an ultra-low dew point environment and to control precisely, which provides a reference for creating similar artificial environments. |
