连续-脉冲复合激光毁伤金属材料分析与优化设计 |

摘要:战术激光武器具有改变战争形态的潜力,是各军事强国优先研发的新概念武器。以连续激光作为光源的激光武器因较长的打击点驻留时间削弱了其战术应用价值,而连续-脉冲复合激光能够提高毁伤效能,有效应对多种军事目标。建立了连续激光与毫秒激光复合损伤金属材料的理论模型,理论分析了连续-脉冲复合激光与钢板的热力学过程。以0.2 cm钢板为目标靶材,用2 000 W连续激光和10 J、脉宽500 μs脉冲激光进行复合毁伤模拟。靶材被连续激光照射3 s后出现明显熔池,后被脉冲激光照射产生不超过1.8×10^(-4) cm3的气化量,带来0.9 N的反冲力,剥离了熔池中的液态钢。建立了毁伤孔径与最低连续激光功率和最小脉冲能量之间的对应关系,可用于指导复合高效激光毁伤系统的设计,避免连续激光在对目标金属过度加热时浪费能量。 |

Analysis and Optimal Design of Efficient Damage of Continuous Wave-Pulse Combined Laser on Metal |

Abstract: With the potential to transform the war modality, the tactical laser weapon is the priority development in military powers as a new concept weapon. The laser weapon employing a continuous wave laser as light source requires a relatively long dwell time, which whittles down its tactical application. The continuous wave-pulse combined laser can strengthen damage efficiency to deal with more military targets. The calorific and mechanical process that the continuous wave-pulse combined laser acting on metal was analyzed with a theory model. In a simulation, a 2 000 W continuous wave laser and a 10 J, 500 μs pulse-width laser was combined to wreck a 0.2 cm-thick armor plate. An obvious molten pool appeared on the target after a 3-second radiation of continuous wave laser. The pool was stripped by the following pulse laser with a 0.9 N recoil force, which gasified not more than 1.8×10^(-4) cm3 metal. The relationship between stripped dimension of metal and lowest power of continuous wave laser and minimum energy of pulse laser was proposed. The findings can be used in design of the high-efficiency combined laser damage system, avoiding power waste of continuous wave laser in the excessive heating of metal. |
