Abstract: The electromagnetic order of battle (EOB) is a comprehensive parameter set used to characterize the composition of electromagnetic spectrum combat forces. The existing researches are mainly limited to signal or individual identification, making it difficult to effectively support the construction of EOB. To address this problem, a comprehensive conceptual framework is presented for constructing an EOB based on the communications target behavior, elucidating the connotation of communications target behavior from three levels: individual behavior, group behavior and task behavior. Specifically, for the recognition problem of group communications behavior, a system model is constructed under a single node perception scenario, and a communications topology inference method based on multidimensional Hawkes process is proposed. It enables the inference of group communications relationships among networked communications targets just by utilizing externally observed electromagnetic signals. Furthermore, the scheme of infield experiment is designed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method by experiments and simulations, and the results of simulation analysis demonstrate that target identification has a greater impact on the performance of the proposed method compared with signal detection. |
